  • Standard (UK): 2–4 business days — £0 (promo)
  • Express (UK): 1–2 business days — calculated at checkout
  • International: transit times and rates shown at checkout

3. Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link (where available).

4. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for delays due to courier backlogs, customs, or incorrect addresses. If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, contact the courier first, then our support.

5. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
