Refund Policy

1. Returns Window

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, opened food, and beverages.
  • Personal care items if packaging is opened (hygiene reasons).
  • Custom/personalised sets unless defective.

3. Defects & Damage

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

  • Email CORDIALGOODSLTD@outlook.com with your order number and reason.
  • We’ll provide the return address and RMA instructions.
  • Pack items securely; retain proof of postage.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).

7. Exchanges

Fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product.
